- MR Kimberly B J– Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kimberly brings over 15 years of leadership in African infrastructure and development finance. He has successfully led multi-country partnerships, securing high-value projects across energy, transport, and trade sectors. As CEO, Kimberly drives the vision of Government Project Partners in unlocking opportunities through procurement excellence and investment facilitation.
- Grace Atieno – Head of Procurement & Tender Management
Grace is a seasoned procurement professional with over a decade of experience navigating government tendering frameworks in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. She has led bid submissions for multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring compliance with East African procurement laws and international donor standards. At GPP, she ensures every tender process is competitive, transparent, and strategically positioned for success.
- Eng. Michael Nsubuga – Regional Director, East Africa
Michael is a civil engineer and project manager with 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure in East Africa. He has overseen road, energy, and water projects funded by both governments and international agencies. His deep networks in Uganda, Rwanda, and Ethiopia allow GPP to establish strong regional partnerships and effective project implementation.
- Dr. Sarah Mwangi – Head of Government Relations & Compliance
Sarah is a governance and policy expert with a PhD in Public Administration. She has worked closely with ministries, regulatory bodies, and regional blocs like the EAC. At GPP, she ensures that every engagement meets legal, policy, and compliance standards, while fostering strong government partnerships.
- David Kamau – Finance & Investment Director
David is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in structuring development finance. He has supported public-private partnerships (PPPs) worth over $200M, focusing on risk management and sustainable financing. His expertise ensures GPP’s projects are financially sound and investor-ready.
- Eng. Amina Hassan – Infrastructure & Project Delivery Director
Amina is a project delivery specialist with a strong track record in transport corridors and renewable energy projects. She has worked with international contractors and donors, ensuring timely delivery within budget. At GPP, she guarantees technical excellence in all project executions.
Advisory & Specialist Roles
- Prof. Joseph Mutabazi – Sustainability & Impact Advisor
An environmental and social governance (ESG) expert, Prof. Mutabazi has advised the African Development Bank and UN agencies on sustainable project frameworks. He ensures GPP’s projects align with the SDGs and climate-resilient development goals.
- Lydia Nabirye – Legal Counsel & Contracts Manager
Lydia is an attorney specializing in procurement law and international contracting. She has represented firms in cross-border tenders and government negotiations in East Africa. She ensures that GPP is fully protected in contracts and dispute resolutions.
- Peter Odhiambo – Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Peter is a connector of opportunities, with expertise in building relationships across the private sector, government, and donor agencies. He has previously worked with chambers of commerce in Kenya and Tanzania, facilitating trade and investment partnerships.
